Simple and Supportive

I really love using this app. It gives me a neat and simple way to track my emotions and experiences. The colourful layout is nice and clear and I adore the hashtag system for keeping track of what elements of my life contribute to my stress and or well being. I have learned quite a bit about myself. It also gently reminds me of all things for which I should be grateful.

I also want to mention that their customer support is out of this world. They are courteous and unbelievably helpful. They have responded immediately to any question Ive had.

This app has definitely become a comforting and essential part of my day.
